What if I do not want a subscription?

if you do not want a subscription simply order from our a la carte page.

Do you freeze your meals?

All of our meals are prepared fresh after you order. Unlike other meal prep delivery services, our meals arrive fresh and are never frozen.

Can I freeze the meals?

The meals can be frozen, and freezing may occur during transit. We prepare and ship all of our meals fresh.

What are the reheating instructions?

Each meal has instructions written on the label. While the microwave is practical, we recommend heating most meals in the oven.

When do you deliver?

Your meal prep delivery driver will deliver to williston Mondays and Thursdays between the hours of 5-8 pm. And the surrounding areas Tuesdays and Fridays 12-8 pm We encourage customers to refrigerate the meals immediately upon delivery.

Where does Divine Kitchen deliver?

We currently deliver to williston ND and the surrounding areas. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call! We might be able to fit you in, and pick up at our s*tore is always available.

What are the payment options?

We currently accept all credit cards, debit cards and gift cards. Cash is also accepted in-store.

How often does your menu change?

Our menu changes on a weekly basis, and we offer new options every week.

What is your policy on food allergies?

At Divine Kitchen, we use a wide spectrum of ingredients to keep variety in our menu. We can not guarantee that your food will be allergen-free, and because of this, we can not recommend our fresh food delivery service to anybody who has moderate to severe food allergies.

What if there is an error with my order?

If there is an error with your order, give us a call at 701-339-0986 or email us at mealsbydivine@gmail.com, and we will correct it as quickly as we can!

Our meal plans are not only a diet, but a life-changing experience. Eating healthy can make people feel better than ever before. Good food can cure depression, autoimmune diseases and risks associated with being overweight. We understand that you live busy lives, and were here to make it easier. Our meals will eliminate the need for grocery shopping, prep, and dishes! Our meals are prepared fresh and have a perfect balance of macro-nutrients to ensure your body composition will improve as you continue to enjoy Divine Kitchen.

Do you have a location?

We have a storefront at 1316 2nd ave w in williston ND 58801. Come in to speak with us about how we can customize your diet plan, or to pick meals from our store!

I will be going out of City, can I pause my meal plan?

You can pause your plan for up to two weeks at a time. This can be done in the customer portal online or via the phone. Pausing must be done for one or two weeks at a time, and it must be requested 48 hours before your next billing cycle.

What order do I eat my meals in?

The breakfast is the easiest to digest and is meant to be eaten first, but the lunches and dinners are interchangeable. We do recommend spacing meals out and eating every few hours.

What if my food is late?

We pride ourselves on being on time for our meal prep deliveries, but if we are late, you can give us a call and we will contact the driver to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

How soon can I start?

If you live in williston your order will be delivered Mondays or Thursdays. If you live in the surrounding areas it will be delivered Tuesdays and Fridays. When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email telling you when your first delivery will be.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel, your food will be delivered for the current billing cycle and will then be canceled. All cancellations must be made via email. Send the email to mealsbydivine@gmail.com with the subject line, “Cancel.”
